They have offices located in many of the ski resorts within the Portes du Soleil including Châtel and equally as important they offer a very good personal service; still having the traditional Bank Manager in each branch that can make decisions.

The Bank would be happy to offer up to 80% mortgages to overseas purchasers, all loans are offered in Euros so therefore repayments are also in Euros.

An example of a loan based on the same Apartment 19 that we have illustrated within the Leaseback section would look like this:-
