Leaseback purchase apartments

One of the benefits of buying with leaseback is that your apartment will come to you fully furnished to a high standard. The costs of the furnishing service are are as follows:

• 1 bedroom apartments — 15000 Euros
• 2 bedroom apartments — 25000 Euros
• 3 bedroom apartments — 35000 Euros

These prices include VAT of 19.6% which you are entitled to claim back on purchase. All leaseback apartments are furnished to the same high standard.

The Le Carlina furnishing service provides everything you need for your 'own use' and for renting to others. Examples of some of the items included are cooking pots and kitchen knives, kettle and iron, linen and towels, beds, sofas and dining furniture and mirrors and rugs.

Classic purchase apartments

If you are buying outside the leaseback scheme, you are still welcome to purchase the furnishing pack at the prices detailed above.
