Property Management

Le Carlina résidence + spa is a licensed Property Management Company which handles the day to day running of your property providing a hands free solution to rental, cleaning and maintenance.

Maintenance/Inspections

Whether you choose to rent your property or not we are able to offer a maintenance contract so that most emergency repairs can be fixed quickly. When wear and tear becomes an issue we can also arrange for the appropriate professional to put it right. Regular checks will ensure that inventories are verified and any damage is rectified and charged accordingly.

Cleaning

A cleaning service is available to all apartments and includes:

  • changing all bed linen and towels,
  • thorough clean of all rooms – vacuum, dust, mop floors etc.
  • ensuring all white goods and electrical items are in full working order
  • ensuring all crockery, cupboards are kept clean
  • emptying bins
  • re-stocking toilet rolls

While properties are occupied we will clean twice during the week. This consists of:

  • making beds
  • general clean of each room
  • emptying bins

Financial statements

Monthly statements will be provided to the owners showing all payments, income and maintenance invoices.
